curious to hear your thoughts on AR on the Web.  i&#039;ve been doing work in this area for a few months now, and it&#039;s evident that there are certain hurdles that are much more difficult to overcome on the Web than on mobile devices.

i think it&#039;s interesting to consider &#039;Web 2.0&#039; and &#039;Mobile 2.0&#039; (AR) as siblings, each addressing distinct, yet complementary, use cases.  i honestly haven&#039;t given that consideration extensive thought, but intuitively, that seems to be a likely direction for the two to develop.  i&#039;m not sure that AR in a browser has a particularly strong role to play in that kinship, however.</description>
